We understand that our products often hold deep personal meaning. Each item is created with care and respect, and we appreciate the trust you place in us when ordering something so personal.

 

Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun

We kindly ask that you review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it as quickly as possible.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

  • We are not able to refund or replace orders marked as delivered but not received
  • We encourage customers to contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information

Size & Fit Guidance

To help ensure the best fit:

  • Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering
  • If you have questions about sizing prior to purchase, feel free to contact us

Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
